Can I start renting during the month?
Yes, you can move in any day.
How much do I need to pay when I first rent?
We prorate the rent for the first month. For example if you rented on the 15th of the month, you would only need to pay one half of the monthly rental when you move in plus the next months rent.
How do I rent a unit?
You can do it yourself all online!
Complete the rental agreement and pay the prorated first months rent by cash, check or credit card, that's it! NOTE: There is no office at the facility. To rent a unit, you need to come to our business office at 44 Bristol Street in Canandaigua. Rentals are done by appointment only.
How long can I rent for?
You can rent for one month or more. Rentals are month to month, so when you want to move out, just give us notice before you want to move out. You can move out before the end of the month, but the final months rent is not prorated.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa® and Discover®
Do you offer space to both household and business customers?
We offer storage for both the household and business customers.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
